Alanya tourism project receives 1.85 billion TL investment approval

The La Perla Del Mare Resort Hotel project in Alanya, Antalya, has received official Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval. Developed by Denisim İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş., the project represents a total investment of approximately 1.85 billion TL.

Located in the Telatiye/Konaklı area within a protected tourism development zone, the facility will be built on a 16,900-square-meter plot. The resort is planned to feature 510 rooms with a total capacity of 1,020 beds, including 445 standard rooms, 59 suites, and 6 accessible rooms for guests with disabilities.

Amenities for the resort include a main restaurant for 1,200 people, various à la carte dining options, a water park, a cinema, meeting halls, and SPA/wellness facilities. The construction phase is expected to last approximately 60 months, with plans to employ 100 people during construction and roughly 300 people once the hotel is operational.
