Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines launch new international dining menus

Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines are introducing refreshed international dining experiences for their premium cabins this fall. The updated menus, designed for flights to Asia, Europe, and Oceania, feature dishes inspired by regional destinations and collaborations with award-winning chefs.

Hawaiian Airlines will debut international Business Class menus developed by Hawaii-born chef Dell Valdez, featuring items such as ahi au poivre and Huli Huli barbecue chicken. The airline is also expanding its collaboration with chef Keaka Lee for domestic First Class offerings. Additionally, chef Sheldon Simeon will continue to develop pre-order meals for Main Cabin passengers.

Alaska Airlines is building on partnerships with chefs Brady Ishiwata Williams and Dell Valdez to provide restaurant-quality menus in its international Suites cabins. The updated program also includes enhanced wine selections paired to complement the new seasonal dishes and expanded pre-selection options for passengers on eligible flights.
