Guadalajara restores historic bull run route amid festival preparations

In Guadalajara, local authorities have commemorated the return of traditional bull runs through the historic district with a commemorative plaque in the Plaza Mayor. This move aims to revitalize the city's old town and honor a tradition documented as far back as 1364.

To prepare for the upcoming festivities, the Cabestrada de Saleri II was successfully conducted. This event served as a technical test for the new course infrastructure, spanning from the Mercado de Abastos to the bullring. The event also featured the presentation of a new giant figure dedicated to the bullfighter Saleri II.

Meanwhile, in Albacete, the annual Fair continues with several key activities. The 113th National Music Band Festival has commenced at the Teatro Circo, featuring performances by the Civil Guard Music Unit. Additionally, the traditional Cáritas Tómbola fundraiser is underway, with Mayor Manuel Serrano participating to support the charity's social work and local employment efforts.
