Albacete prepares festivities for La Vuelta 2026 stage

The Sierra de Albacete is preparing for the 10th stage of La Vuelta Ciclista a España 2026, which will run 184.7 kilometers through the province from Alcaraz to Elche de la Sierra on September 1.

To celebrate the event, the Diputación de Albacete, in collaboration with local councils, has organized an extensive program of festivities. The animation will include musical bands, brass bands, DJs, and various festive spaces designed to engage spectators along the route. The initiative aims to use the international sporting event to showcase the region's landscapes, heritage, and local hospitality.
