Albal shooting: Two family members ordered into provisional prison

A court in Catarroja has ordered provisional, communicated, and without bail imprisonment for two men from the same family following a shooting in Albal, Valencia. The incident occurred last Saturday at midday following a family dispute during a meal.

The confrontation involved gunfire in an urban area on Cortes Valencianas Avenue, where one individual reportedly fired at a balcony and the occupant of the residence returned fire. One person sustained minor injuries from a bullet fragment. Both men are under investigation for attempted homicide and illegal possession of weapons. The court cited the need to ensure the presence of the suspects and prevent the risk of reoffending as reasons for the precautionary measure.
