Alban Krasniqi denies bomb threat allegations made by Daut Haradinaj

Alban Krasniqi, an official from the Vetëvendosje movement, has issued a public rebuttal to claims made by Daut Haradinaj regarding security threats during recent protests in Kosovo.

During an appearance on Klan Kosovës’ “Rubikon” program, Haradinaj, a member of the AAK leadership, claimed that he personally witnessed protesters armed with bombs on the night of October 6. He suggested that deputies would not have been able to leave the Assembly without bloodshed if changes to the Law on Specialized Chambers had not been approved.

Krasniqi responded via social media, stating, “I do not carry bombs to threaten deputies.” The allegations have prompted questions from analysts regarding why security institutions did not react if armed individuals were present, and have led to calls from some figures for the Prosecutor's Office to investigate the claims.
