Albania reports minimal science and technology doctorates

Eurostat data reveals that Albania ranks at the bottom of Europe regarding the number of doctorate graduates in science, mathematics, informatics, engineering, manufacturing, and construction relative to its young population.

In more developed European economies, the figures were significantly higher. Switzerland led with 1.9 graduates per 1,000, followed by France and Luxembourg at 1.3, and Germany and Sweden at 1.1.
