Albania survey finds one‑third see no government achievements

The International Republican Institute (IRI) carried out a public‑opinion poll in Albania during April‑May 2026. The survey interviewed 1,200 adults drawn to represent the national adult population with a margin of error of ±3.1 %.

When asked what the most important achievement of the current government was, 33 % responded “none.” A further 10 % gave no answer and did not reject any achievements, while 57 % cited at least one accomplishment. Overall, the government received an even split in general evaluations, with 49 % rating it positively and 49 % negatively. Extrapolating to the adult population, roughly 930 000 people express a positive view, about 625 000 see no achievements, around 190 000 are uncertain, and some 115 000 acknowledge achievements but remain negative overall.
