Albanian PM Edi Rama visits Germany's NRW to boost investment and EU accession talks

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama travelled to the German state of North Rhine‑Westphalia, meeting its premier Hendrik Wüst in Düsseldorf and Bochum. The talks centred on deepening cooperation between Albania and one of Germany’s most economically powerful regions, with an emphasis on expanding investment, digital technology initiatives and professional education programmes.

Rama also sought continued German support for Albania’s European Union accession process and addressed the Ruhr Summit, delivering a keynote on artificial intelligence and participating in a panel discussion on balancing AI innovation with regulation and responsibility.
