Albena resort hosts Cuban Latin jazz concert

Cuban singer Sarai Diaz and an international Latin jazz ensemble performed a concert at the Albena resort as part of its cultural programming. The event, held on a Saturday evening by the Black Sea, featured a blend of Afro-Cuban rhythms, jazz harmonies, and modern improvisations.

Diaz, who has professional ties to the Havana National Opera, performed iconic Cuban songs such as ‘El Manisero’, ‘Son de la Loma’, and ‘Elisa’. She was accompanied on stage by trombonist Ivan Melin, pianist Pavel Tsonev, drummer Emil Pehlivanov, and bassist Alex Lekov. The free-entry concert drew diverse crowds, including children and adults, who participated in dancing along the seaside.
