Albert Einstein and the scientific legacy of solar eclipses

In 1952, following an invitation facilitated by a correspondence with a physician from Ourense, Einstein traveled to the Real Casino del Barco for a lecture. An anecdotal account describes a moment of logistical difficulty during this visit when his driver reportedly had to assist with the presentation due to the physicist's sudden illness.
