Institutional investors report new positions in semiconductor and real estate stocks

Various institutional investors have made significant moves in the semiconductor and real estate sectors according to recent SEC filings.

In the semiconductor industry, BlackRock Inc. established a new position in Synopsys, Inc., purchasing approximately 16.2 million shares valued at $7.23 billion. Analog Devices, Inc. also saw substantial interest, with Buckland Partners Management Co LLC acquiring 11,927 shares worth roughly $4.7 million, and BlackRock Inc. taking a stake valued at approximately $18.6 billion. Additionally, Alberta Investment Management Corp purchased 139,000 shares of Skyworks Solutions, Inc., valued at about $9.42 million.
