Alberta unveils bighorn sheep licence plate for conservation

Alberta has introduced a new specialty licence plate featuring bighorn sheep to support wildlife conservation. The design, created by artist Desmond McCaffrey, depicts three rams against the backdrop of Mount Lougheed.

Proceeds from the sale of the plates will benefit the Alberta Conservation Association. Specifically, $55 from every plate sold will be donated to the charity to help protect and enhance fish and wildlife habitats and populations.
