Alberto Cremonini dies after being struck by car in Bologna

Alberto Cremonini, a 19-year-old student from San Giovanni in Persiceto, has died following a road accident in Bologna. He passed away on Sunday, August 16, after spending 45 days in the hospital.

The incident occurred on July 2 on viale Pepoli, shortly after Cremonini had completed his oral high school graduation exams at Liceo Righi. He was struck by a car while attempting to cross a pedestrian crossing to reach a bus stop.

Following the collision, Cremonini was initially treated at Ospedale Maggiore before being transferred to the intensive care unit at Sant’Orsola due to worsening conditions.
