Alberto Ravagnani, a 32-year-old former priest turned spiritual influencer, has drawn attention on social media after sharing photos of himself during a trip to Thailand and Indonesia. The images, which include shots in swimwear, have sparked a discussion regarding his personal journey toward body acceptance and freedom.

Ravagnani reflected on his transition from the priesthood, noting that during his years in the seminary, he viewed physical care as secondary or even an obstacle to spiritual growth. He described his past self as neglecting his health and appearance in an attempt to prioritize holiness. He stated, “I realize that now I finally feel free to live, use, and show my body. Before, I was not.”
