Albi residential project Clos Sainte-Claire to begin construction
Construction is set to begin on October 5, 2026, for the Clos Sainte-Claire residential project in Albi, Tarn. The development will occupy a long-vacant site located near the prefecture and the covered market.
Designed by MC Architecture in association with Atelier Nudo, the high-end building will feature eight luxury apartments, including T3 and T4 layouts. Each unit will include a private loggia and a garage. The residence is designed to be secure and accessible, featuring elevators compliant with PMR standards and multi-split heat pumps for reversible heating and air conditioning.
Julien Raynaud, head of l’Agencerie, noted that the construction process is expected to take between 16 and 18 months. While delivery was initially anticipated for late 2026, the updated timeline now points to early 2028. The project also includes rehabilitation work for the surrounding area to improve the currently degraded public space.
