Albirex Niigata announces 2026/27 player transfers and retirements

Albirex Niigata has announced several player movements for the 2026/27 season. Notable changes include the retirement of midfielder Yoshiro Takagi and the permanent transfer of midfielder Hitoshi Okumura to Mito HollyHock.

Other roster adjustments involve various loan and permanent moves, such as Yuki Akiyama’s permanent transfer to Darmstadt in Germany and several players moving on loan to clubs like Kashima Antlers and Tochigi SC.
