Albury Local Court hears cases involving dangerous driving and affray

Two separate legal proceedings took place at the Albury Local Court involving incidents in the Albury central business district.

Isaac Halls, 21, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, driving without a license, and using an unregistered vehicle. The charges stem from a February incident where Halls performed stunts on an unroadworthy dirt bike. The incident resulted in Halls suffering multiple fractures, including his femur, elbow, and wrist, requiring him to undergo extensive medical treatment and the installation of metal plates.

In a separate matter, Connor Clemson, 19, was sentenced following an incident of affray. Clemson struck a 24-year-old man during an argument, causing the victim to fall and strike his head on the concrete, resulting in a loss of consciousness. Clemson was placed on a 13-month supervised community corrections order.
