Alcalá la Real memorial donates 6,062 euros to Alexal

The second Manuel Ibáñez ‘Manolín’ Memorial has raised 6,062 euros to support Alexal, an association dedicated to the prevention and treatment of addictions. The funds were presented at an event hosted by the Alcalá la Real City Council.

The donation resulted from a solidarity sports match held on September 12 between the veteran teams of UD Almería and the Peña Madridista de Alcalá. The initiative involved the collaboration of over 120 local companies.

Mayor Marino Aguilera praised the solidarity of the event and the work performed by Alexal in the municipality. Francisco García, representing the Peña Madridista, expressed the intention to continue the initiative with a third memorial in the future.
