Alcarràs announces sixth VedellaTast gastronomy festival

The sixth edition of VedellaTast has been announced for Alcarràs, scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 10, at Parc de les Vies. The event focuses on local beef gastronomy, music, and regional identity.

Attendees will have access to 15 different beef preparations, ranging from traditional recipes like beef stew with mushrooms and brisket to contemporary options such as pulled beef and grilled burgers. The culinary experience will be complemented by desserts from the local pastry shop Sucre i Disseny, as well as various beers and wines from regional wineries including Boldú, Costers del Sió, and Analec.

The event features a diverse entertainment lineup, including a cooking show by MasterChef 9 winner Arnau París. Musical performances will include singer-songwriter Ju, Lluís Sánchez and his band, and DJ Kenny.
