Alcázar de San Juan unveils 2026 Feria y Fiestas program

Alcázar de San Juan has officially presented the program for its 2026 Feria y Fiestas. This upcoming edition holds particular significance as it marks two major milestones: the 800th anniversary of the Santa María la Mayor parish and the 50th anniversary of the fair's relocation to its current site.

During the presentation held in the Santa María square, Mayor Rosa Melchor highlighted the special nature of this edition. She also reviewed recent municipal improvements funded by local surpluses, including the renovation of the Teatro Cine Crisfel, updates to Calle Hidalgo, and the installation of covered bicycle parking. Additionally, the renovation of the Municipal Museum is expected to conclude in the final quarter of 2026.
