Aldar to open Saadiyat Grove in Abu Dhabi by late 2026

Aldar has announced that Saadiyat Grove, a major mixed-use luxury destination in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. Located on Saadiyat Island near the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and Zayed National Museum, the development is designed to integrate culture, community, and contemporary living.

The destination will feature over 100 iconic brands, including 20 concepts that are new to the region. High-end fashion retailers such as Cartier, Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co are among those confirmed. Some boutiques will feature unique designs, such as a Cartier facade created with local artists and a Fendi boutique containing a dedicated cinema room.

Saadiyat Grove will also serve as a culinary hub, hosting brands such as Momofuku by chef David Chang, Alain Ducasse Café, and Monsieur Paul. The development aims to establish luxury retail as a significant pillar of Abu Dhabi’s economy and position the island as a premier global destination for tourism and investment.
