Aldeas Infantiles SOS launches 2026 collection in Chile

Aldeas Infantiles SOS is launching its ‘Colecta 2026’ on August 14 and 15 to fund child protection programs across Chile. The initiative aims to support psychological, educational, and social assistance for vulnerable children and adolescents.

According to 2024 Casen results, children and adolescents in Chile represent the age group with the highest incidence of income poverty at 25.7%. The funds raised will support family strengthening programs, specialized care for minors under alternative care, and processes for family reintegration when judicial decisions have previously separated children from their families.
