Aldebarán Resources reports high-grade drilling at Altar Project
Aldebarán Resources has announced the results of six drilling holes from its 2025–2026 geotechnical and infill program at the Altar Project in Calingasta. The drilling reached a total of 1,257.30 meters with a grade of 0.66% copper equivalent (CuEq), including a high-grade section of 513 meters at 1.06% CuEq.
The highest-grade interval identified contains 1.01% copper, 0.08 grams per tonne of gold, and 3.58 grams per tonne of silver. These results are intended to assist in converting inferred mineral resources to indicated and measured categories for the upcoming resource estimation scheduled for October.
CEO John Black noted that the results highlight the magnitude of the high-grade cores within the Altar Project. The company expects to conduct a pre-feasibility study in the second or third quarter of 2027, following the next resource estimation.
