Aldegrever-Gymnasium students complete DFB-Junior-Coach training

Students at Aldegrever-Gymnasium and Lippetalschule in Soest have successfully completed a DFB-Junior-Coach training program. The initiative, organized by Nils Könemund and Stefan Vogt, aimed to provide young people with foundational skills in football coaching.

Led by instructor Christoph Escherhaus from the Football and Athletics Association of Westphalia (FLVW), the program consisted of 40 learning units. Participants focused on planning age-appropriate training sessions, methodological basics, and managing youth teams. The curriculum emphasized practical experience, requiring students to step into coaching roles, develop exercises, and lead their peers to build communication skills, patience, and responsibility.
