ALDI opens new store in Repeses, Viseu

ALDI has inaugurated a new 1,000-square-meter store in Repeses, Viseu, marking its 167th location in Portugal. The facility includes 73 parking spaces, electric vehicle charging points, and bicycle parking. The company plans to install photovoltaic panels following the opening.

The new branch has created 20 jobs and will support the Re-Food Viseu institution by donating food surpluses to assist local families. ALDI Portugal currently operates over 160 stores and employs approximately 2,800 people, prioritizing national producers for fresh meat and produce.
