Aldi Süd implements centralized customer login system

Aldi Süd is implementing a centralized customer login system to unify various services, including Aldi Reisen, Aldi Foto, and the Aldi TesterClub. This new system also incorporates accounts from the former Aldi online shop that closed in September 2024.

To complete the transition, affected customers must set new passwords via email instructions. Users who previously utilized social logins through Apple, Google, or Facebook must also re-authenticate to ensure their credentials are securely migrated to the new system. Aldi Süd has stated that accounts that are not updated with a new password or social login will be deleted in due course to comply with technical and data protection requirements.
