Aldir Blanc National Culture Policy updates implementation and monitoring

The Aldir Blanc National Culture Promotion Policy (PNAB) is undergoing updates in both local implementation and national monitoring in Brazil. In the municipality of Duas Barras, the Secretariat of Culture and Tourism has released public notices for the 2026 cycle. These notices include categories such as the ‘Prêmio Cultura Viva’, cultural promotion, cultural scholarships, and project selection. Applications for these municipal resources are scheduled to take place from October 16 to October 23, 2026.

Nationally, the Aldir Blanc Data Panel has been updated with new visual features and functionalities to improve transparency. The tool allows public managers, cultural agents, and citizens to track the distribution and financial execution of federal funds transferred to states and municipalities. The updated panel distinguishes between Cycle 1 (resources transferred in 2023 and 2024) and Cycle 2 (transfers starting in 2025), facilitating better monitoring of public investment and accountability reports.
