Aldo Cazzullo releases new essay on the Italian Renaissance

A new selection of books, including novels, essays, and investigative reports, has been announced.

Aldo Cazzullo is releasing a new essay with HarperCollins titled ‘Quando l’Italia rinacque. Il nostro Rinascimento’. The work explores the Italian Renaissance, covering historical figures such as the Medici family, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, Christopher Columbus, and Galileo. The book examines the era's cultural flowering, the role of women like Vittoria Colonna and Lucrezia Borgia, and the eventual decline marked by the fates of Giordano Bruno, Galileo, and Caravaggio.

Additionally, Diego De Silva's ‘Malinconico Blues’ is scheduled for release with Einaudi on September 22, marking the return of the character Vincenzo Malinconico.
