Aldridge Foundation and Brabners partner to bridge education-employment gap

The Aldridge Foundation and law firm Brabners have launched a partnership to bridge the gap between education and employment. Utilizing Brabners’ True North network, the initiative aims to connect students in schools and colleges with employers to provide better access to skills, professional relationships, and career opportunities.

The program seeks to address the challenge of young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). By integrating business and education earlier in the learning process, the partnership intends to provide students with workplace understanding and contacts before they leave the education system. Sir Rod Aldridge, Founder and Chair of the Aldridge Foundation, stated that the goal is to tackle the NEET challenge before it occurs, helping talent transition into opportunity.
