The 27-year-old has shown consistent year-over-year improvement in his offensive production, including a career-high 21 home runs and 96 RBIs this season.

Despite his success, Burleson recently admitted that being linked to trade rumors during the recent deadline was difficult. He expressed a strong commitment to the franchise and the city, stating, “I love St. Louis, my family loves St. Louis.”
