Peruvian actress Stephanie Cayo has officially denied rumors regarding a potential pregnancy with Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz. The speculation arose after Sanz shared vacation photos on social media, including an image of Cayo lying on a boat deck with her hands forming a heart shape over her abdomen.

Cayo addressed the rumors via Instagram stories, noting that the speculation had become so widespread that even her own mother had asked her about it. She responded with humor, stating, “The answer is NO.”

The couple, whose relationship became public in February, recently spent time vacationing in Spain alongside Sanz's four children. Despite the social media frenzy, Cayo clarified that there is no baby on the way.
