Alejandro Tabilo eliminated from Chengdu Open by Adrian Mannarino

Chilean tennis player Alejandro Tabilo, the third seed at the ATP 250 Chengdu Open, has been eliminated in his opening match. Tabilo lost in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4, to France's Adrian Mannarino.

Mannarino, a 38-year-old veteran, secured the victory through a strong serving performance, recording ten aces and winning 46 of 65 points on his own serve without being broken. Following this win, Mannarino is scheduled to face Denis Shapovalov in the quarterfinals.

With this loss, Tabilo is unable to defend the points earned from his previous run at the Chengdu tournament. His next scheduled competition will be the ATP 500 in Tokyo, starting September 30.
