The Senate will present the ‘Joven Honorable’ distinction to Alejo Pérez Esquivel during the 12th Senate Session on October 1. Vice Governor Pedro Braillard Poccard will deliver the recognition to the 16-year-old.

Pérez Esquivel has been recognized for his contributions as a high-performance adapted swimmer, an international literary author, and a promoter of legislative initiatives focused on epilepsy awareness and educational inclusion. The ‘Joven Honorable’ initiative, part of the ‘Senado Joven’ program, aims to highlight Corrientes youth who demonstrate significant commitment and effort in academic, scientific, cultural, or social fields.
