Aleksandar Vučić denies using helicopter to reach Kragujevac

Aleksandar Vučić has denied allegations that he used a helicopter to travel to Kragujevac, characterizing the claims as lies intended to suggest he misused state resources. Vučić stated that he traveled from Natalinaca to Kragujevac personally driving his own Skoda and parked behind the ‘Jezero’ hall.

He emphasized that since submitting his resignation, he is acting as a private citizen and has not utilized any state assets, including aircraft or helicopters belonging to the Serbian Army, police, or the Security Intelligence Agency. Vučić noted that the helicopter mentioned in the accusations is a private one and did not land in Kragujevac, but rather in Raška. He described the accusations from student protesters as a sign of political nervousness and urged citizens to focus on political programs rather than what he termed ‘brutal and senseless lies.’
