Alen Omić signs one-year deal with Spartak Subotica

Slovenian national basketball team center Alen Omić has signed a one-year contract with the Serbian club Spartak Subotica. The 216-centimeter tall player joins the reigning Serbian champions following a stint with the Turkish club Denizli.

Omić brings extensive European experience to the team, having previously played for clubs such as Cedevita Olimpija, Crvena Zvezda, and Budućnost. His career achievements include winning a European Cup, a Serbian championship title, and three Slovenian championships. He was also named the MVP of the Serbian Super League finals in 2018. Spartak Subotica will begin their new season in the ABA League with a match against Studentski Centar.
