Aleph Hospitality appoints Rob Kucera as Regional VP

Aleph Hospitality, a major independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, has appointed Rob Kucera as Regional Vice President for East and South Africa. Based in Nairobi, Kucera will oversee more than 25 hotels and six brands across 20 destinations in nine countries.

Kucera is tasked with managing the region’s financial, commercial, and operational performance, as well as leading the development of future hotel properties. His role also includes strengthening owner relationships and overseeing regional human resources to build high-performing teams.

With over 20 years of experience, Kucera previously held leadership roles at Radisson Hotel Group, where he served as Complex General Manager and District Director for East Africa. He has also held positions with the Hospitality Property Fund in South Africa and the FEDHASA Cape Board.
