Aleph Hospitality assumes management of Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan

Aleph Hospitality, the largest independent hotel management company in the Middle East and Africa, has officially assumed operations of the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan in Dubai. The management transition became effective on 1 July 2026.

This agreement strengthens the partnership between Aleph Hospitality and West F5 Investments LLC. The Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan joins Aleph’s existing Dubai portfolio, which includes the Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek and the Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel & Residences located in the Jewel of the Creek complex.

Aleph Hospitality intends to leverage operational synergies across these three properties to improve efficiency and commercial performance. The Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, located in the Al Garhoud district, has recently undergone renovations to its rooms and public areas.
