Alessandra Fanali finishes second at La Sella Open in Spain

Italian golfer Alessandra Fanali finished in second place at the La Sella Open in Dénia, Spain. Competing on the Ladies European Tour, Fanali finished with a score of -8, tying with England’s Alice Hewson for the runner-up position.

English golfer Charlotte Heath secured her first career victory on the Ladies European Tour, finishing with a total of -10. The tournament, held at the La Sella Golf Resort, was reduced from 72 to 54 holes due to inclement weather.

Other Italian participants included Alessia Nobilio and Anna Zanusso, who both finished in 17th place with a score of -2. Roberta Liti missed the cut, finishing in 67th place. Fanali’s performance serves as a precursor to the upcoming Buccellati Ladies Italian Open scheduled for late September in Milan.
