Alessandria implements new parking management and meters

The Municipality of Alessandria has transitioned to a new management system for paid parking, overseen by Abaco S.p.A. and Bus Company S.r.l. This new phase includes the maintenance and control of parking, technical assistance, and the management of parking meters and road signage.

Key updates include the installation of 36 new parking meters across various city zones to increase coverage and provide flexible payment options via smartphone or on-site. Additionally, four new traffic auxiliaries have begun monitoring parking areas. While currently in a support phase, these auxiliaries will begin issuing fines for irregularities starting Tuesday, September 8.
