Alessandro Ciucciarelli, Italian Navy sailor, dies suddenly

Alessandro Ciucciarelli, a 45-year-old member of the Italian Navy, passed away suddenly in Riccò del Golfo, La Spezia. He reportedly suffered a sudden medical emergency while sleeping in his home.

Ciucciarelli, who was born in Rome, had a career serving at various naval bases and aboard several vessels, including the Nave Grecale. His death has caused significant grief within the military community and among former colleagues, particularly those with whom he served in Venice.

Emergency responders, including the La Spezia Red Cross and medical personnel, attempted resuscitation efforts, but were unable to save him.
