Alex Aranburu wins Bretagne Classic amid successful week for Cofidis

The Cofidis cycling team has experienced a highly successful week, securing six victories in six days across various competitions.

Alex Aranburu won the Bretagne Classic in Plouay after attacking from the lead group with 1.5 km remaining in the 228 km race. He finished ahead of Alexander Kamp and Alessandro Borgo. This victory follows a major achievement by teammate Bryan Coquard, who won the eighth stage of the Vuelta a España in a sprint finish between Puçol and Xeraco. This marks Coquard's first Grand Tour stage win.

Additionally, the team saw success in the Tour Poitou-Charente with two wins by Milan Fretin, and the Cofidis women's team secured victories at the Tour de Toscane through Martina Alzini and Victoire Berteau.
