Alex Asmus extends Mighty Dogs contract; SCR Altach renews Purtscher and Kabashi

Alex Asmus, a forward who has played five seasons for the ERV Schweinfurt Mighty Dogs, signed a two‑year contract extension, keeping him at the club through the 2026/27 season. The club highlighted his consistent scoring of over 20 points per season and his role in recent playoff success.

Separately, Austrian side SCR Altach announced the contract renewals of midfielder Emilia Purtscher and forward Ylleza Kabashi. Purtscher, a regular with the Austria youth national teams, has been a key player in the centre of the team. Kabashi, after missing the previous season with a cruciate ligament injury, will return to action under the new deal.
