Alex Bodi and German conglomerate invest in 166 apartments in Halle

Romanian entrepreneur Alex Bodi and an international German conglomerate have finalized a notarized agreement to invest a seven-figure sum into 166 apartments in Halle (Saale), Germany.

The investment aims to support the maintenance, renovation, and structural development of existing real estate rather than solely building new stock. The partners emphasized their long-term commitment to the German market despite current economic challenges, including high energy prices, rising construction costs, and high interest rates.

Bodi specifically highlighted the state of Saxony-Anhalt as a significant location for investment following recent state elections, expressing confidence in the region's economic substance.
