Alex Borg discusses Malta’s future with international figures

Malta’s opposition leader Alex Borg recently hosted Michel Taube and Radouan Kourak at the Nationalist Party headquarters. The discussions focused on Malta’s future, including economic development, migration, sovereignty, European competitiveness, and demographic shifts.

Borg, who has led the center-right Nationalist Party since September 2025, emphasized the need to transition Malta’s economy toward high-value-added sectors and innovation to address infrastructure pressures caused by rapid population growth.
