Alex Lutz confirms upcoming film featuring Catherine and Liliane characters

During an appearance on the France 2 program Quelle époque!, comedian Alex Lutz confirmed that a film featuring the characters Catherine and Liliane has already been filmed. The characters, created by Lutz and Bruno Sanches, were popular on Canal+ for their humorous news commentary until 2019.

Lutz explained that the long delay in returning to these roles was due to the time needed to develop a proper concept. While specific plot details remain undisclosed, the project is reportedly titled Un voyage and is directed by Lutz himself.

In addition to this announcement, Lutz discussed his new stage show, Sexe, Grog et Rocking Chair, which includes upcoming performances in Paris and Belgium. The broadcast also featured guests including Michel Drucker, who is promoting his book Je vous ai tant aimés, and streamer Nico_la.
