Alex Mari releases debut single Resurrection

Italian rock and metal musician Alex Mari has released his debut single, "Resurrection." The track serves as the first preview of his upcoming debut album, "Origins," which is scheduled for release on October 9, 2026.

Mari described the song's theme as a transition from emotional pain to rebirth, stating it depicts "a soul suspended in an ethereal plane beyond time" and represents a passage toward a new beginning following the end of a relationship.

The album was mixed and mastered by Roberto Priori at Pri Studio in Bologna. Mari, known for his work with Night Pleasure Hotel and Barock Project, has also provided backing vocals for Michele Luppi and Rhapsody Of Fire.
