Driving a luxury Aurus Arsenal minivan, the NHL superstar was cited for various infractions, including speeding, stopping in prohibited areas, traveling on toll roads without payment, and unpaid parking fines.

The total cost of the penalties amounted to approximately 82,000 rubles, or roughly $980 USD. Reports indicate that Ovechkin has already settled nearly all the fines, with only one remaining unpaid. The incidents occurred while the player was in his native country before his expected return to the United States for the upcoming Capitals training camp.
