Alex Scott draws interest from PSG, Arsenal and Manchester United
AFC Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, 22, has become one of the most coveted players in Europe ahead of the 2026/27 season. Paris Saint‑Germain have reportedly placed a £80 million price tag on the English international, a steep rise from his €23 million move to Bournemouth in 2023. The French club is not the only suitor; Liverpool, Chelsea and other Premier League giants are also monitoring the situation.
Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked to the player as well. Both English clubs view Scott as a potential solution in midfield after recent departures, and his recent performances – over 2,800 minutes, three goals and one assist in the previous campaign – have bolstered their interest. Scott’s contract runs to June 2028, and Bournemouth have publicly stated they are reluctant to sell, despite the lucrative offer.
Scott has also attracted attention from the England national team, having been invited to a pre‑World Cup camp in Florida. His development and possible move to a top‑tier club could see him feature in major European competition next season.
