Alex Terrible denies Nazi and racist allegations

Alex Terrible, the vocalist of the band Slaughter to Prevail, has addressed allegations of Nazism, racism, and homophobia in a recent interview with Metal Hammer. The Russian singer denied practicing any form of prejudice or committing crimes, stating that while he made “stupid mistakes” in his youth, he is not a Nazi.

Terrible admitted to having associations with right-wing groups in Russia and previously sporting tattoos such as the Black Sun and the Othala Rune. He explained that these symbols were used in his culture to appear “tougher” and that his involvement with such groups was not driven by extremist ideology. He noted that he has since covered these tattoos and expressed regret for his past decisions, stating, “I am paying the price now.”

The vocalist also commented on the discrepancy between his online reputation and his real-life experiences, noting that while he faces significant hate on the internet, he does not experience such hostility in person.
